These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VibeBro (the "Service"), provided by VibeBro. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
VibeBro is a collaboration tool for planning build tasks and running quality-assurance tests on websites and apps. It is self-hosted by the workspace owner, who is responsible for its operation, availability, and the data within it.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. Notify the workspace administrator of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access data you are not authorized to view, uploading malicious files, interfering with the Service's operation, or using it to store or distribute unlawful content.
You retain ownership of the projects, files, snippets, and other content you create. You grant the workspace operator the limited rights necessary to store and display that content to you and your invited collaborators in order to provide the Service.
You may invite others as view, edit, or cowork collaborators. You are responsible for the access you grant and for the credentials and information you choose to share within a project.
The Service may integrate optional third-party providers (such as Google sign-in, an SMTP provider, or an AI provider). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective provider's terms.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeBro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.
The workspace administrator may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
